My week-long stay at Four Points by Sheraton Cancun Centro was very nice, with excellent staff that genuinely cared for my needs. The location was perfect for my medical appointments, and the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. However, the noise from the surrounding area made it somewhat uncomfortable at times, and I encountered an unprofessional experience with one staff member in the restaurant.
